Jeff Schultz is a seasoned sales executive with more than 30 years of experience in the medical device and biologics industries, including over 15 years dedicated to advanced wound care. As President of Sales, Wound Care at Samaritan Biologics, Jeff is responsible for leading the company’s national sales strategy, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth across key verticals including private office, federal accounts, surgical, and critical access hospitals.
Since joining Samaritan Biologics in 2024, Jeff has played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s commercial expansion—helping scale revenue from early-stage growth to a nationally recognized presence in the wound care market. His leadership is centered on execution, accountability, and building a culture where people are motivated to perform at the highest level.
Jeff began his career in medical sales and quickly rose through leadership roles by consistently delivering results and successfully launching disruptive technologies. He was part of the early leadership team at MiMedx, contributing to the rapid growth of its wound care business into a market leader. Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated a unique ability to identify market opportunities, develop strategic sales frameworks, and align cross-functional teams to execute with precision.
Known for his direct, energetic leadership style, Jeff is passionate about developing talent, mentoring sales professionals, and creating winning cultures. He believes that strong culture and disciplined execution are the foundation for sustained success.
