Nicolas Gann
Vice President of Marketing
Nicolas graduated with honors with a BBA in Marketing from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and an MBA from Christian Brothers University. He has over 15 years of Marketing medical device experience starting out as an intern at Medtronic in their global marketing intelligence division gathering competitive intelligence and market data.
Nicolas was a Sales Specialist at Pioneer Surgical responsible for sales/data analysis, sales trainings, and sales contests. He then was a Product Manager for Spinal Elements where he managed the Thoracolumbar product lines and launched Stand Alone ALIF cages and Minimally Invasive Pedicle Screw Systems to the US market.
Nicolas was a Senior Product Manager at BioD managing Placental tissue grafts and flowable technologies into the Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, Colorectal markets. For the past 6 years he has been a Principal Product Manager at Medtronic managing the Tumor/Trauma portfolio launching fenestrated screws and a Burst fracture system globally with launches in the US, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and Japan; Nicolas also managed the ALO (Anterior-Lateral-Oblique) portfolio while launching ALIF, Lateral, and OLIF cages into the US market and was responsible for leading OLIF and Prone Lateral surgeon education courses.
Nicolas and his wife Jennifer, met at Lakeshore Summer Camp and have been married since 2010. They have two awesome kids in Lyla and Cameron. Nicolas has a love for sports and being outdoors and is an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers, Memphis Grizzlies, and NFL for fantasy football.
